As part of The Berry Theatre’s Write Now programme to inspire new writers, The Berry Theatre are delighted to be joined by award-winning author Claire Fuller on Thursday 4th May.

Claire, who writes from her home in Winchester, will be in conversation with Judith Heneghan about her recently published second novel, Swimming Lessons. Her first novel, Our Endless Numbered Days received widespread critical acclaim and won the 2015 Desmond Elliott Prize, the UK’s most prestigious award for first-time novelists.

In Swimming Lessons, Gil’s wife Ingrid has been missing, presumed drowned, for twelve years. A possible sighting brings their children Nan and Flora home, and together they begin to confront the mystery of their mother.

Tickets are £8, and can be booked  by calling the Box Office on 023 8065 2333.
