Advanced Engineering equips tomorrow’s engineers

September 6, 2017

At Eastleigh College in Hampshire, trainee air conditioning and refrigeration engineers are benefitting from £12,500 of new tools and equipment, thanks to a donation from Advanced Engineering’s ongoing support programme for ACR colleges in the UK.

The company, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier to the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, has given the Hampshire college £2,500 worth of Imperial Tools manifolds. The gift follows a £10,000 donation of Promax Recovery machines last year.

Sales Manager Luke Levens said: “Our partners at the College have been doing some really great work training our next generation of air conditioning and refrigeration engineers, so it was very important to support their efforts in any way possible.

‘And what better way than ensuring they have the right tools for the job from the outset? These brand-new units and tools give learners a great opportunity to experience our industry’s technology – first-hand – and that will enhance their prospects… as well as their employer’s, and our industry’s, too.’
