Feel fit and healthy at The Point

This summer The Point launces Wellbeing Sundays; three weekends of outdoor classes in Yoga, Dance Fit, Salsa and Samba, suitable for all ages.

Taking place Sunday 1st, 8th and 15th July, the programme invites you to spend the morning doing relaxing Yoga on the venue’s Outdoor Garden Stage, enjoy a healthy lunch made by the Café Bar and get the energy levels rising with afternoon classes of Salsa, Dance Fit and Samba.

Every class is suitable for all levels, from beginners through to those with experience, and is led by professional teachers. The days run 11am to 2pm are tickets are just £5 for adults and £3 for children, perfect for families and friends alike. When you book three sessions you receive a discounted price of £12 / £6.

Wellbeing Sundays invites everyone to get into the spirit of summer at uplifting, sociable classes that are good for both the mind and body.
