Following Publication of the Feb 1st story regarding anti social behaviour by Swaythling Housing tenants. Eastleigh News has been contacted by Swaythling Housing parent company, Radian.
A spokesman was at pains to stress that although the figures quoted in an abstract from the association’s magazine were accurate, they pertained to incidents across the association’s portfolio of 7000 properties, not just the properties on their Twyford Road development.
He also stated that they were aware there had been problems with anti social behaviour at Alexander Square and that the Association had ‘dealt with them robustly’.
Since publishing the story other unhappy tenants have come forward to confirm the story and to say that some of the types of problems described are still are ongoing.
