A 19-year-old man from Eastleigh has been released on bail by police officers investigating an explosion outside a house in Chadwick Road, Eastleigh at the weekend.
He has been bailed until August 2, pending further enquiries.
Yesterday, officers charged a man from Truro Rise, Eastleigh, with causing an explosion likely to endanger life.
The 18-year-old appeared before Southampton Magistrates Court this morning and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance on June 11.
A total of six people were arrested in connection with the incident.
A 56-year-old man and a 58-year-old woman have now been bailed pending further enquiries until June.
A 26-year-old man from Eastleigh has been bailed until August 2 and a 34-year-old man from Southampton has been released without charge.
The arrests followed an explosion which occurred at around 2.30am, Saturday, April 10. An explosive device was placed on the driveway of a house in the road. It caused extensive damage to three vehicles.
Police are reiterating they are not treating this as a terrorist incident or domestic extremism incident.
