You can not be rearrested for the same offence if you are on bail for that offence. He has either been arrested for another crime related to this case or he has been questioned while he was attending the Police Station on Bail..!!

The police havent released much in the way of detail but it would appear he has been brought in for re-questioning ahead of answering his bail next week.

Another thing, what has his age got to do with anything, does it make it a lesser crime if he is 31 or 33. Can not understand the point of telling the public his age unless it is to warn people that 32 year old males are more dangerous than any other age group.!!
