A Chandlers Ford businessman is to be honoured for his commitment to charity. Tim Bond is the founder of ‘Upfront and Personnel’, world-leading construction staffing specialists based in Chandlers Ford Precinct. Tim is also the regional representative and corporate fundraiser for The Encephalitis Society which raises awareness and funds to improve the quality of life for those affected by the condition.
Tim will be presented with an award at a photography exhibition, being hosted to raise funds for the charity. Photographer Duncan Gallagher will present the award and give proceeds from the event to the charity.
The event is being held at Velsheda’s Bistro, in Swanwick Marina on o Saturday 12 November. It will showcase a stunning array of wildlife, landscape and personal portrait photography. Guests will be able to buy the collection as a book or one off pieces. Ten per cent of any orders from the book or exhibition will go to The Encephalitis Society and for every book ordered, a minimum of £10 will also go to support the society.
Tim Bond says ‘Duncan’s generosity is hugely appreciated. It’s an incredibly worthy charity which needs ongoing support and public awareness. Duncan’s photography is beautifully striking and we would like to see as many guests as possible enjoying his work”.
Photographs can be viewed and ordered through the Facebook page ‘Duncan Gallagher Photography’ or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Entry in to the event is free and starts at 8.30pm at Velsheda’s Bistro. Guests will need to register in advance on this email.
