Man charged over Hedge End flashing

A Whiteley man has been charged with four counts of indecent exposure after a number of incidents in Hedge End.

In each case a man was seen driving with no trousers on and sometimes carrying out an indecent act.

Police arrested 40-year-old man from Thyme Avenue, Whiteley on Monday, January 16.

He has since been charged with four incidents in December and January and is due to appear before Southampton Magistrates Court today, Tuesday, January 17.

    Whats up with Hedge End folk? First we had someone done over some lead flashing. now its just flashing.

    The story reports that the flasher was from Whiteley, but the incidents occurred in Hedge End.

    So its not really fair to blame Hedge End folk for this one Mr Belisha.
