Hedge End Rangers U11A

Hedge End Rangers U11A team have made it through to the Semi-Finals of the Hampshire Cup after a nail biting victory over Portsmouth based Moneyfields. More remarkable was that the team has only 11 players who have stuck together and battled on despite injury and illness.

Despite taking an early lead, they fell behind and with minutes to go they trailed 4-2. However the team spirit shone through and with seconds to spare they came through 5-4 winners.

It’s been a difficult first season, but the pride and determination shown to get this far is a credit to the players and their parents.
