Eastleigh’s manager Ian Baird has already made three signings after just over two weeks that The Spitfires Blue Square Bet South campaign ended however a number of players have been released as well as players being offered new contracts.
Striker Marvin Williams has signed an initial two-year deal from Blue Square Bet South rival Salisbury City having turned down a number of other offers in the process, both from this country and abroad, and will join his new team-mates at the Silverlake for the first day of pre-season training. Defender Osei Sankofa has agreed personal terms and joins the Spitfires on an initial one year deal and joins Eastleigh from Blue Square Bet South outfit Boreham Wood. For the full press release see here.

Jamie Brown, Richard Gillespie, Ian Herring, Scott Rogers and Ben Wilson have been released by Eastleigh. The club would like to thank them all for their efforts over the years and wish them well for the future.
Offered new contracts
Goalkeeper Jack Dovey, goalkeeper Gareth Barfoot and midfielder Philip Appiah have all been offered new contracts which leaves a next seasons squad looking like a team to be beaten next season while Chris Flood and Danny Smith have both been transfer listed.
