National League Fitness Begins

Although the weather has been far from ideal the commitment from Trojans 1st XI players has shown their desire to have the best fitness in the league.

The ladies 1st XI compete at national level where fitness is incredibly important for any team. The men’s team are competing at a lower level but throughout the 1st and 2nd XI squad there is a belief that they can climb the league structure in the next few years.

With a programme stretching 8 weeks including regular Speed Agility and Quickness (SAQ), strength & conditioning sessions and endurance runs Trojans elite teams will, no doubt, have the best fitness levels in Hampshire and in the leagues they compete.

With director of coaching Chris Gittens using the knowledge and experience of fitness experts Lou Gittens and Rory King the Trojans players are receiving the highest possible standard of fitness training.

The coaching staff are also available to help other club members with their health and fitness so that everybody can lead a healthy lifestyle in this Olympic year.
