Police investigating a cigarette burglary in Bishoptoke earlier this month have released new CCTV pictures as part of their appeal.
Officers were called just before 3am on Wednesday, April 2, to reports of a burglary at Whalesmead Post Office on Fair Oak Road.
Witnesses describe five people all wearing hooded tops arriving at the shop on three motor bikes. One smashed the window to the front door and the suspects filled bags with cigarettes. They were disturbed and left on the same vehicles dropping a bag, which was later recovered. A quantity of cigarettes were taken.
