Striker Ross Lafayette signs for the club

Eastleigh have signed two players in the space of a week with Ross Lafayette joining from Luton Town and Joe Partington signing from Bournemouth following a successful loan spell last season.

Lafayette, 29, has played for number of non-league sides including Wealdstone, Woking and most recently Welling Untied on loan from Luton.

The striker played for Welling in the Conference South scoring a significant amount of goals for the Kent side before moving to newly promoted League Two club Luton last year.

Defender Joe Partington has also signed on a permanent basis after a solid loan spell last season for the Spitfires helping them to a fourth place spot.

Richard Hill’s men have also announced their pre-season schedule for the forthcoming season.
