Chris Todd’s Eastleigh have been drawn away to League One club Crew Alexander in the Emirates FA Cup first round.

The Spitfires saw off Bromley in the fourth round qualifying on Saturday in a 2-1 away victory at Hayes Lane.

Yemi Odubade opened the scoring for Eastleigh after just three minutes as the winger managed to connect with Joe Partington’s  cross with his head.

Louis Dennis equalised for Bromley on the hour mark however Jai Reason made sure that Eastleigh got in to the hat for the next round as the midfielder sent a 40 yard free kick into the box which ended up beating everyone to find the net.

Eastleigh will travel to the Alexandra Stadium on the weekend starting 7th Novemeber.

Todd’s men are at home to FC Halifax Town in the Vanarama National League this Saturday at the Silverlake Stadium (3pm kick off).

The West Yorkshire side currently sit just spot above rock bottom and have had just one league win in their last ten fixtures.
