Eastleigh have produced a update of the injuries at the Silverlake Stadium as key members of the squad are finally getting back to fitness. A report was issued on the official website yesterday.
With several long-term injuries within the squad, the club would like to provide a update with the progress of each squad member.
Ryan Clarke is back in training and will step up his work load next week. He has had no reaction from training this week and it is looking like he will be back in contention for our next fixture.
Gavin Hoyte is progressing well and is back to gentle running. He to will up his work load next week and will be doing more strength and conditioning work.
Reda Johnson has been out for over a month since his injury against Boreham wood. He has stepped up his progress and is back to running.
Ryan Cresswell is continuing his rehab from his long term injury. He has recently seen his surgeon who performed the operation and progress has gone well. He will continue his rehab and keep to his current plan of strengthening work. He has been working hard in the gym on his range of movement and is back on the bike.
Jason Taylor is still fresh from his operation which was only two weeks ago. At the earliest possible date, Taylor will be put on a programme to continue his rehab including several push and pull exercises and increasing his range of movements.
The club will update fans at the next appropriate time regarding any injuries.
Eastleigh return to Vanarama National League action away to Guiseley on Saturday after a two weeks absence.
