Eastleigh have confirmed the first two friendly fixtures to be played ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The Spitfires will play host to SkyBet Championship side Reading FC at The Silverlake Stadium on Saturday, June 30th, with kick-off at 12.30pm.
Almost a month later, The Spitfires will travel to The Simplyhealth City Ground to take on Southern League Division One South and West side Winchester City FC, on Saturday 28th July with kick-off at 3pm.
Reading reached the Championship play-off final in 2016/17 but endured a tough season in 2017/18 – they finished the campaign in 20th place, just three points off the drop zone.
Winchester City finished the Southern League Division One season in 11th place, 12 points away from the play-off positions.
Meanwhile Ayo Obileye, Gavin Hoyte, Harvey Read and Sam Togwell have all left the club after their contracts have ran out.
