The Coasters responded quickly when Dan Bradley headed home from a corner to halve the deficit.
A penalty save by Lynch from McCallum before the break proved pivotal as Jordan Tunnicliffe headed in a Fylde equaliser early in the second half.
And Nick Haughton put Dave Challinor’s men in front with a crisp shot from outside the box, his first league goal for Fylde. Alex Reid added a fourth late on for the hosts. The Spitfires face another tough task on Tuesday as they take on second place Leyton Orient.
