Local children to join West End stars at Theatre Royal

The Barricade Boys

Pupils of a local city theatre school are getting ready to join the stars of the musical, Les Miserables, when The Barricade Boys take to the stage of Theatre Royal Winchester on Friday 7 June.

Stagecoach Winchester has announced that a group of their young students will perform with the West End cast of actor singers – who have all played major roles in the legendary musical and been described as the very finest UK male voices.

The Barricade Boys – not only promise to deliver some of the world’s greatest show tunes, and celebrate the music of the most iconic names in show-business, but charm audiences with their talent, dashing good looks and warm and witty personalities.

They have sold out in London and impressed New York, appeared on popular TV shows like This Morning, and their show is a night of song not to be missed. Gaining a reputation as being one of theatre land’s newest and most exciting shows, fans of musical theatre – and residents wanting to support the region’s young vocal talent – will not be disappointed by this performance.

The Barricade Boys: Stars of Les Miserables Live In Concert will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Friday 7 June, at 7.30pm. Find out more, or book tickets, by visiting www.theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk, or call the Box Office on 01962 840 440.
