Ben Strevens’ Spitfires picked up a point with an away draw against Ebbsfleet United on Saturday.
The hosts started the National League campaign with five straight defeats but have since lost just one of five.
They should have led early on but Alex Reid blasted over from six yards after being set up by Josh Umerah.
Reid redeemed himself in the 37th minute, converting James Ball’s cross from a similar position to give Ebbsfleet the lead.
But Eastleigh came out fighting after the interval and Tyrone Barnett broke free of his marker to fire in a 62nd-minute equaliser. The Spitfires now take on Bromley at home on Saturday as they look to get back to winning ways.
