Eastleigh confirmed today that striker Ben Williamson has left the club on a transfer today, after agreeing terms with fellow National League side Bromley.

Williamson spent three years with the Spitfires after signing from Cambridge United in August 2017.

He went on to make 102 appearances for the club, netting 19 goals in that time.

He reached double figures in his first season at the club, with 10 goals, before playing an important part of last season’s run to the National League Playoff Semi-Finals, scoring 7 times during the campaign.

Ben Strevens said told EastleighFC.com;

‘Since becoming manager of this club Ben has been first class for me, he has worked hard every day in training and always gives his all in matches. He’s a great lad to have around the squad as well, myself and everyone at the football club wishes him well for the future’
