Theatre Royal Winchester celebrates Christmas in style with The Spitfire Sisters who return to their home-town with a festive show on Thursday 19 December.
The three-part vocal harmony group – known for singing classics from the 1940s and modern songs with a vintage twist – will perform seasonal songs in their traditional vintage style, including their original festive song, Feels Like Christmas Eve, and tracks from their brand-new album.
The trio regularly perform across the UK at venues such as the Roundhouse, in London; tourist attractions including The Shard and The Tower of London; and at vintage and music festivals like The Goodwood Revival, Devizes Arts Festival, and Winchester Jazz Festival.
The highly sought-after three-piece have also delighted travelers on the Venice-Simplon Orient Express – a 1920s luxury train that travels from London to Venice, taking in sights such as the Swiss Alps.
Now they return with a show that promises to awaken the Christmas spirit in everyone.
Christmas with The Spitfire Sisters will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Thursday 19 December, at 7.30pm. Find out more, or book tickets, at theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call the Box Office on 01962 840 440.
