On Monday 1 June Sir Trevor McDonald presents An Improbable Life; an intimate and unmissable evening with Britain’s national icon. Now in his 80th year, Sir Trevor continues to captivate audiences with anecdotes from his long and interesting career as a journalist and broadcaster.
Currently airing on BBC One, with all episodes available on iPlayer, Malorie Blackman’s Noughts & Crosses comes to NST City, 10-14 November. Adapted for the stage by Sabrina Mahfouz, this acclaimed production explores forbidden love in a re-imagined Britain.
Jitney by August Wilson (Fences, Two Trains Running) plays 13-17 October. Headlong Theatre’s (People, Places, Things) ambitious production explores the bond between eight men as they live and work in a racially segregated, post-Vietnam America.
