Wrexham boss Dean Keates and Eastleigh assistant manager Jason Bristow were sent off late on in dramatic contest.
Joe Tomlinson opened the scoring with a brilliant effort from well outside the area which dipped into the far corner.
Reece Hall-Johnson drew the hosts level but Fiacre Kelleher’s red card after the break gave Eastleigh the advantage.
Tomlinson was on hand to score his second, this time from the penalty spot, but Kwame Thomas’s goal earned a hard-fought point for the 10 men.
Players and coaching staff were involved in a pitch-side altercation as Eastleigh’s Ben House and Wrexham manager Keates squared up to each other with five minutes remaining.
Keates and Eastleigh assistant manager Jason Bristow were shown red cards, but none of the players were carded in the incident.
In a social media post, Wrexham said it was the first time one of their managers had been sent off.
The draw sees Wrexham remain fourth in the National League while Eastleigh drop a place to ninth.
