Travellers to green list countries still have to take covid tests prior to travelling and on arrival but are exempt from quarantine on their return to the UK ( unless they, or a member of their party test positive.) The Gibraltarian government have recently completed vaccinating their entire population – making it a particularly destination to holiday in.
The new service was warmly welcomed by Gibraltar’s Tourism Minister, Vijay Daryanani MP and Southampton Airport Director Steve Szalay who hailed the inaugural flight as “a sign of restart and recovery after this awful pandemic.”
